Welcome to Virtual Fitness! On this page you will find a variety of options for staying active at home that fit your budget. You can explore our library of FREE, pre-recorded fitness videos or register for our brand new online fitness classes where you can participate in live classes from the comfort of your home.
Introducing our brand new, online fitness classes! For less than $1 per day, you can register for this virtual wellness opportunity that gives participants 24/7 access to a variety of scheduled Zoom classes. From Zumba to Yoga and from Bootcamp to Core, there's something for everyone. You will also receive unlimited access to Thrive, an online health hub that covers topics like nutrition, recipes, meditation and healthy living.

No problem! You can access past classes 24/7 in case you miss a live class or want to re-do your favourite class again and again.Don't have a home gym?
No worries! The classes are designed with home workouts in mind. We recommend you always have a towel/mat and a water bottle and though some classes may suggest the use of weights, household items can also be used as a substitution.Have questions for our programming team about this new service?

Get access to our online classes taking place December 14 - 31 by registering online or over the phone at 604-467-7422 using registration ID: #22263 starting December 9 at 8:00 AM. After our first intake, registration for online classes will be on a month-to-month basis (ex: for the month of January).
This program is virtual and held entirely online. Once you have registered you will be contacted via e-mail with all login and access details and information. This is a partnership program with company Curtis Health. Curtis Health will be contacting you via e-mail. Important note: all registrations will be processed during regular office hours Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Please Note: This program will not be prorated; after the first intake, we recommend signing up at the end of the month prior to your desired month of classes. This will ensure you can attend as many of the classes live as possible and will provide the best value for your money!

Power Sculpt - Glutes & Core
Looking to strengthen your glutes and core? This sculpting class will focus on improving your posture, stability and balance while targeting the essential muscle groups and supporting areas.
Power Sculpt - Killer Core
Challenge yourself with this high intensity cardio workout that will get you your heart pumping and sweat flowing!
Power Sculpt - Head to Toe Fitness
This is a full body workout that hits each muscle group from head to toe and combines cardio and bodyweight exercises to ensure you reach your maximum sweat level.
Classes & Descriptions:
Yogalates
Through a blend of yoga and pilates exercises, this class will target muscles from head to toe. This fusion class will improve your body alignment, flexibility, balance and core strength through a series of relaxing and challenging poses.
Hatha Yoga
This practice will emphasize on posture and breath. Through a variety of poses and stretches in combination with the breath, Hatha yoga aims to develop and increase your flexibility and relaxation.
Yoga
Find calmness and peace of mind with this traditional yoga practice. Build muscular and cardio strength through a series of yoga poses. Flow from one asana to the next while connecting with your breath.
Restorative Yoga
Slow it down with this yoga practice. Through long holds and deep breathing this class will open up your body through passive stretching. Calm your mind and connect with your body and breath with this relaxing, restorative practice.

Low Impact - Chair Fitness
Looking for a low impact workout that will improve your overall strength? Grab a chair and join us for a variety of chair exercises in this completed chair based workout. This class is great for older adults, those rehabilitating an injury or those looking for a lower impact work out while still targeting your main muscle groups.
Low Impact - Core & Stretch
Enjoy this low impact class that will take you through core strengthening and stability exercises. Following core work, this class will finish off with a deep stretch that will main and improve your flexibility and overall range of motion.

Take a break from your daily routine and give your body the stretch it needs. From head to toe, this class will stretch your body increasing your flexibility and range of motion.
