Virtual Fitness - Stay Active at Home

Welcome to Virtual Fitness! On this page you will find a variety of options for staying active that fit your budget from the comfort of your home. 
For less than $1 per day, you can register for this virtual wellness opportunity that gives participants 24/7 access to a variety of scheduled Zoom classes. From Zumba to Yoga and from Bootcamp to Core, there's something for everyone. You will also receive unlimited access to Thrive, an online health hub that covers topics like nutrition, recipes, meditation and healthy living. This is a partnership program with company Curtis Health.

Great! You will receive the schedule so you can plan ahead and get motivated with your live classes.

Want access to the videos so you can participate at your leisure?

 No problem! You can access past classes 24/7 in case you miss a live class or want to re-do your favourite class again and again.

Don't have a home gym? 

No worries! The classes are designed with home workouts in mind. We recommend you always have a towel/mat and a water bottle and though some classes may suggest the use of weights, household items can also be used as a substitution.

The classes Curtis Health is here to support you with Thrive, our online fitness, health, and wellness resource center. This site has been created to support you to maintain positive mental and physical health and well-being, while you adapt to your changing environment and lifestyle. Visit this site often for inspiration and health and wellness information. How to Register

This program is virtual and held entirely online. Once you have registered you will be contacted via e-mail with all login and access details and information. This is a partnership program with company Curtis Health. Curtis Health will be contacting you via e-mail.

Please Note: This program will not be prorated; after the first intake, we recommend signing up at the end of the month prior to your desired month of classes. This will ensure you can attend as many of the classes live as possible and will provide the best value for your money!

Class Description Optional Equipment
Stretch Break Release tension and increase your productivity.  
Cardio HIIT Prepare to get your heart rate elevated! High Intensity Interval Training in a cardio only format. Exercises will have lower impact options.  
The Works Get it all! 1/3 Cardio, 1/3 muscle, 1/3 Core & Stretch. Weights
Bodyweight Burner Get a full body burn using bodyweight only to build stamina and improve muscular endurance.  
Breakfast Club Come ready for anything and everything, this class offers a variety of formats and has options for every fitness level . Start your day off right!  
Core & Stretch Crunch, rotate, and plank your way to a healthier body. A stronger core leads to a decrease in lower back pain and will improve all functional movements. Finish with 15 min deep stretch.  
Guided Meditation Empowering mindfulness, breathing and meditation techniques with soothing music that will leave you feeling calm, centered and renewed for the rest of your day.  
Power Circuit A circuit style workout using a combination of weights, calisthenics, cardio drills and plyometrics. Weights
Pilates A system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture.  
Muscle Up Target very muscle with an emphasis on form. Weights
3 x 4 Move at your own pace in this full body workout; 4 sets of 3 exercises including cardio, strength and core. Weights
Yin Yoga A perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of Yoga. Poses are held longer and relaxation is emphasized. Yin generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and spine.  
Hatha Yoga Foundational yoga poses to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body.  
Flow Yoga An energetic form of Yoga emphasizing fluidity of movement and breath.  
Zumba A fun combination of latin and international music with dance moves. Includes both fast and slow rhythms to improve cardiovascular fitness.  
Total Body Conditioning A full body dynamic workout! Weights

Looking to strengthen your glutes and core? This sculpting class will focus on improving your posture, stability and balance while targeting the essential muscle groups and supporting areas.

Power Sculpt - Killer Core
Challenge yourself with this high intensity cardio workout that will get you your heart pumping and sweat flowing!

Power Sculpt - Head to Toe Fitness 
This is a full body workout that hits each muscle group from head to toe and combines cardio and bodyweight exercises to ensure you reach your maximum sweat level.
