How will the remote participation work?

Please note that you will be able to participate in the meeting for each item by emailing your questions to clerks@mapleridge.ca. Make sure you put the File No. in the subject line of your email (eg: 2014-069-RZ) to assist staff in determining which item you are interested in providing comments/questions on. Staff will be reading email correspondence received after the Chair has called for speakers. If you miss this first session, an addition five minutes will be added to the end of the Public Hearing to ensure that Council received all input.
Once the public hearing item has been completed in the meeting, no further input is allowed.
