Maple Ridge Parks, Recreation & Culture presents Happenings, our year-long program that offers opportunities to celebrate and participate through community activations and events! From family-fun, to our concert series to art in the great outdoors, Happenings has something for everyone.

GLOW HAPPENINGS

Memorial Peace Park

  • Friday, December 23 | 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - CANCELLED due to snow and freezing temperatures.  
  • Friday, December 2, 9, 16 | 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday, December 10 | 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Looking for something extra special to do? On select days during GLOW Maple Ridge (see above), there will be extra fun happening in Memorial Peace Park!

What's Happening:

  • Dress warm and help spread holiday cheer while enjoying entertainment by local musicians. 
  • Try your hand at making a holiday ornament
  • Play along at the Reindeer Games Station
  • Buy a warm drink or popcorn from the Polar Bear Café
