Community Events Manual

The Community Events Manual [PDF, 1.902 MB] was created by Festivals Staff and Special Event Organizers to help people in the process of planning a special event in the communities of Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge. Although this manual may not answer all of your questions about planning a community event, we hope that it will help you start the planning process and give you a clear idea of all that is necessary when you are planning to put on an event or festival in the community. The Festival and Volunteer Office Staff are available to answer whatever questions arise for you as you are planning your event, you can reach them at 604-467-7325 ext. 2 or at festival@mapleridge.ca.
