This form is meant to address non-emergency issues.
If you live, work or are just visiting Maple Ridge, we encourage you to use the Service Request Form to comment on any issues or report any concerns. The information you provide on this form, is the only way we will be able to contact you regarding your request. We cannot accept anonymous requests or complaints. All information submitted is confidential.
WARNING: Do not use the Service Request Form to report issues of an emergency nature or for conditions requiring an immediate response.
Contact the 24-hour emergency dispatch at 604-463-9581 for the following:
- Safety or health issues that requires immediate attention.
- To report sewer back-ups, water service breaks, water main breaks, missing manhole covers, missing stop signs, traffic light issues, or fallen trees blocking the road.
