Manager of Financial Planning

The Manager of Financial Planning has section head responsibility for managing, directing, developing and maintaining the current and long-range financial plans and programs for the Municipality in accordance with established policies.

As a member of the Finance Department Management team works on cross functional goals and develops departmental strategies, policies, procedures and internal controls and provides advice and makes recommendations to the Corporate Management Team.

This position is responsible for preparation of Municipal Budgets and projections for review with the senior Finance executive, Corporate Management Team and Members of Council.
