Supports the Corporate Management Team (CMT) by developing, implementing and enhancing strategic and tactical plans, programs and initiatives. Specific responsibilities include; strategic planning, organizational excellence, human resources, labour relations, assigned business projects and participating in policy development. Oversees the Human Resources Department which provides quality assistance and advice to our customers on human resources, labour relations, and helps foster a work environment which maximizes the capabilities of our people and our processes.
