[ARCHIVED] City Mobilizes to Deal With Cliff Avenue Camp

Resources expended daily to deal with homeless issues impacts RCMP, Bylaws, Parks & Operations Departments. In just a few days a camp has emerged on Cliff Avenue which requires the full team to mobilize to deal with the impacts for residents in the area.
