Join Maple Ridge Artist-in-Residence Robi Smith for this fun event leading up to Earth Day! Drawing outdoors is a great way to hone your observation skills and be fully immersed in nature. You don't have to have any particular skill with drawing as we'll be focusing on different ways to approach recording what you see for your own enjoyment and exploration. Bring your own sketchbook or pad of paper and some drawing tools (pencils, pens, etc). Maximum 12 participants, children welcome with adult supervision. Dress warmly and for the weather. The event will proceed rain or shine as we can draw in the studio if it rains. Registration required.
