The City of Maple Ridge is proposing to replace three deteriorated corrugated steel pipes as part of the annual Culvert Replacement Program at:
132 Avenue at 220 Street
132 Avenue 140m east of 220 Street
104 Avenue 100m east of 28269 Ravine
The work generally consists of excavation and removal of the existing deteriorated corrugated steel pipes and replacing with 2400mm x 1500mm concrete box culverts.
The tender closed on Friday, August 2. The tender bids received were higher than the approved project budget, therefore the culvert replacement projects have been cancelled due to insufficient funds. The City will consider re-tendering these projects in the future Capital Program.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding these projects, please contact the City of Maple Ridge Project Manager, Velimir Stetin at 604-467-7495.
